GENERAL RESPONSIBILITY
Responsible for providing a superior customer experience by managing sales inquiries, quotes, and orders while supporting both customers and the sales team.
SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES
Work closely with outside sales representatives to generate potential opportunities and follow up on calls.
Strengthen existing customer relationships by providing ongoing support to ensure satisfaction.
Receive inquiries, assess opportunities, and prepare customer quotes.
Submit, track, and follow up on quotes and orders.
Maintain accurate records of sales opportunities, quotes, and correspondence.
Promote a quoting strategy based on available inventory.
Collaborate with shipping and procurement to ensure timely product delivery.
Inform customers of delivery schedules and order status, providing regular follow-up.
Handle incoming customer calls and resolve issues such as delays, errors, warranties, returns, and complaints.
Participate in sales meetings and provide updates on ongoing orders.
Conduct quality control by submitting and recording final documents in the database.
Continuously develop technical product knowledge.
Perform any other related tasks as required.
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
Minimum of 2 years of experience in an industrial environment (engineering, manufacturing, or distribution).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both French and English.
